How booking works

Every villa at Port Largo Villas is privately owned. This website and the Port Largo Villas forum help guests find owners with open dates. They are not a booking agent, rental manager or travel company.

When you rent a villa, your agreement is with that villa's owner. The owner sets the rates, deposits, cancellation terms and house rules for their villa, and handles payment directly with you. Please get those terms from the owner in writing before you pay.

• Port Largo Villas and the people who run this website do not collect rent, hold deposits or take part in rental agreements.
• Each owner is responsible for their own villa, its listing, and any licenses and taxes that apply to renting it.
• Guests are expected to follow the resort's community rules while on the property. Your owner can give you a copy.

About the information on this site

We keep the descriptions of the villas, grounds and amenities as accurate as we can, but they can change. Villas differ from owner to owner. If a detail matters to your trip, like boat size, bedding or accessibility, confirm it with the owner before you book.

Your privacy

This website does not ask for your name, email or payment details, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Like any website, it relies on a few outside services:

• Our web host receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the location map is provided by Google Maps. Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google's privacy policy.
• The Port Largo Villas forum runs on Wix. When you visit or sign up there, Wix's privacy policy and the forum's own settings apply.
